First of all, I have renamed all the documents so that it’s much easier to tell what each paper is. Previously I only had them numbered which was confusing. The papers have all been updated as well. However, if you do notice an outdated paper when you upload it, please refresh the page to get the newest version because the old version may be in your cache file from previously viewing it. That will make the older version show up unless you refresh the page.

Papers for the First Prenatal Visit are provided on the website so that new clients may review the paperwork that will be filled out at their first visit. You do not have to print these out in advance if you do not want to. I have everything available in your chart. But if you would like to print them out early and fill them in before your first visit you may do so. Having paperwork done when you come does save time on the visit.

Every client receives a client notebook at her first prenatal visit. The section entitled “Content of Client Notebooks” is also available on the website in case you lose something or want an extra copy of something. I haven’t included the entire notebook but the most important papers are included. If you find something missing that you would like for me to include, please let me know and I will make it available.

It is the third section that is entirely new and I am really happy to offer on my website. Over the years I’ve collected some pretty neat handouts but having them easily available for my clients has been difficult. Well now all these great handouts will be easily accessible to anyone who has registered for my website. Currently I am putting them all in one category but as I add more, I will probably divide these up a little bit more so you can continue to find what you want easily. So please check back as I continue to add new items. Again, if there is something in particular that you would like for me to add, please let me know.
